可是我担心的是，为什么H1B在绿卡批了以后还会被批准？会不会是USCIS还没有及时更新我的状态啥的？需不需要问一下USCIS，还是直接忽视这个批准的H1B？

-Green card application and H1 petition are two different cases and processed by two different officers. Most of time, the h1 officer just concerned with the H1 case, not your whole background and thus, your h1 was still approved even if your green card had been approved already. But it affects nothing to you, anyway.
