没发工资， 我与朋友的的公司有什么问题没有？

-Yes if USCIS inspects your h1 case. If USCIS does not inspect your case, you will be fine. By the way, USCIS normally randomly selects some H1 cases for inspection, so the chance for your case being selected is very small.

我的I94还有二年多到期。
