正在帮我母亲申请绿卡，已经收到指纹的约，前两天收到I-765的黄色单子说要我们提供certified evidence of legal name for XXX? 我们有点茫然，当时也给了护照的复印件，不知道这是什么意思？多谢拉 

-USCIS may think your mother's name had been changed before. Just respond to the RFE that your mother's name has never changed and  XXX is her name and then, provide the copies of her birth certifcate and her passport again with the response letter. Enclose a copy of USCIS RFE letter with the response also.
