我是公司帮申请的EB2，现在I140批准，在等排期。 我的H1B已经延过一次，今年6月就满6年了。律师说可以用批准的I140再延3年。我的问题是如果让律师1月份办延期（他说可以提前6个月办），是延到2014年1月呢，还是6月？ 谢谢。

还有一个后续问题。如果我办完延期后换工作，H1B transfer到新公司，如果旧公司撤消I140申请，我的H1B会跟着被撤消吗？

-No, but you can not use this I-140 to extend the h1 again after the new (trasnfer) h1 expires. Also you had better use premium processing for the h1 transfer to get it approved within 15 days in case your old employer (I-140 sponsor) withdraws the approved I-140 before your H1 transfer is approved.
