I don't feel superior but I respected the museum's rules, like:

不在博物馆大声讲电话 (the sign says no cell phone usage);

不在博物馆大声喧哗 (museum staffs were holding 静声 signs everywhere);

if I see someone in front of me, I walked around them instead of knocking them over;

if I like a 展品, I gave it my gaze instead of physically pounding on the 展柜 that security guards had to come over and stopped those tourists;
