$58/night. The room is quiet small, but i guess for the price that you are paying, it is not a bad deal. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the park.
I don't remember name of the lobster restaurant that you are asking, but when you arrive at the hotel, just ask the person that works at the front desk.
