IV no good for your liver -- 回复：simple knowledge of the hospital

one of the reasons IV with nutrition is not used here is because it increase the burden of the liver. Put lots things in your blood and filtered by liver is no good for your liver. You should take nutrition by mouth or your digestion system. They rather feed you through nose than IV. I do not understand why IV is so popular with Chinese doctors, I hope they are not doing that just for the money.

Also here doctors give you all kinds of meds for pain to make you comfertable and let you move and walk to help you live better. But in China, people are so afraid of pain killer's side effects, they rather suffer the pain. It is another thing hard to understand.
