1. depend on area you want to live. Check northern part of ATL - good residential area.

2. Its relatively cheap.I would say less than $150/sqft, depend on location. some area are very cheap.

3. Lots of opportunities.check indeed.com

4. very inexpensive here. salary is not as high as northeastern area.

5. Lots lots of Asian market here. maybe not as good as LA. There are even chinese furniture stores. Korean's grocery markets are huge.

Better make a visit fist
