I agree with this! But, we have to consider the purchase power China Yuan whithin China. Personally, I think the Yuan is underestimate in actual its value when use of it to exchange with US dollar and then to import goods from abroad. If we use Yuan directly buy goods from oversees, we may lose less values.The hard work of Chinese people should be appreciated.
