刚刚做了First Trimester Screen回来（13周），有问题请教：

我本人已38岁，头胎，Down Syndrome的Risk before screening 是 1 in 125; Risk after screening 是 1 in 418, 不知道我是否需要做羊水穿刺？谢谢！
