It's probably the best option for family with young kids.

All the destinations in your post are nice, yet similar, so depending on where you live, you might wanna choose a closer one (shorter flights, possibly direct flight).

I personally think 5 nights is just perfect, 4 is too short and 6 is too long:))

In terms of resort brand name, I'd recommend RIU, every year, we go to one of their resort in different places, very consistent, good food, good service.
