Of course you can, such as risk analysis, and you are young

so a lot of potential to learn, only you have to convince people that you are a fast learner.

Update your resume to make it sound "Industry Neutral", post in on careerbuilder.com (I find it a great resource) adn try to start working with local recruiters (I got all my past and current position through recruiters)

The only hurdle is your status, but if you already have "labor card", you should be fine.

P.S. I don't like banking either, people are mean:)) you will find people in other industry much much nicer.
