我的情况是这样的，我于2010年7月交了I-130 (F2A，绿卡持有者的配偶),这个月排期到了，虽然130还没批，我还是交了485并且收到了USCIS的收据。今天又收到130的approval notice。我想请问以下几个问题：

1。130 approved了以后，我需要再给USCIS补充什么材料么，比如把这个批准通知寄过去？我之前申请485的时候只是附上了130的收据。

-Nothing needed to do unless you receive any request for evidence (RFE) separately.

2。130的approval notice上写着我的原始申请被送到了national visa center (NVC)。

-USCIS made mistake to send this approval notice to NVC. Nothing needed to do at this point. If NVC contact you, just reply to NVC that you have filed I-485 and ask NVC not to process your case for the consular processing.

而485的email收据上写着485被送到national benefits center。这是正常的么？

-This is normal and you will need to do interview. So, just wait for the interview notice from national benefit center.

我以为他们会把批准的130和我的485放到一起。

3。130的approval notice上写着NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action。请问是所有的批准的130都要去NVC么？我已经人在美国，有自己的h1b身份，不知道为什么还需要consular action.希望各位大师解惑，万一我申请中有什么错误可以-及时更正。
