打算离开当前公司，也有了其他offer他们也开始h1b transition了。

现在家里有点问题不方便离开当前这个洲。

大家帮忙支招怎么跟这个公司说，另外如果我那个h1b批了，我还能继续在现在公司工

-Yes, as long as your current employer have not withdraw/cancel your H1 yet. But you had better inform the new employer that you will not work for him so that the new employer can find someone else to replace you. This is a moral/professional issue.
