这么说指纹可以在外州打，面试就必须在申请地进行了？

_Fingerprinting is put into the same USCIS system, so you can do it at any ASC as long as that ASC agrees (Normally an ASC has no problem to accept walk-in). But interview for GC is related to the sponsor's residency.
