从印出来的Document Cover Sheet （如下）来看，好像我可以自己到网上填那个Affidavit of Support表了，是吗？

-Yes. Just wait for the NVC future instructions to provide any other required documents. NVC may send you the I-864 or ask you to download it from USCIS website.
