回复：some questions on I-130 and G-325A

I am on I-485 (employment-based) pending status with my EAD up to 2012. My hu*****and is a US permanent resident and will file I-130 immigration petition for me. We have a couple of questions on I-130 and G-325 form, and appreciate your kind help.

For I-130

1.        C-10:  Do I need to enter my current A registration number or leave it blank?

-Put your A# there.

2.        C-14:  I was wondering whether I need to enter “arrive as Parolee” and the expiry date as “AOS” since last time I entered the country with Advanced Parol. 

-Put "Parolee".

3.        C-15:  Since my old company was acquired by my new company, do I need to enter the employment begin date for the new company as the acquisition date ? 

-Fine if the old company name was changed to the new company name.

For G-325A
1.       Do I need to enter my current A number in File Number field or leave it blank?

-Yes. Put yur A#.
