刚拿到H1签证开始在美国工作。听说现在H1也享受免税政策，不知道是免州税还是联邦税？

-The China-US Treaty only applys to 免联邦税 and you still need to pay the state income tax.

具体流程是怎样的呢，不知道怎么去跟会计部门谈？

-Talk to Human Resources not to withhold your Federal Income Tax (you need to complete a form). If they withheld your federal income tax, you can get it back when you file your personal Federal Income Tax Return and then, IRS will return the moeny to you.
