还是有关我朋友L1A签证的问题，我朋友的L1A签证2年后到期，但是他们公司业绩不好准备注销停业，如果在公司破产之后，I94表到期前，如果我朋友想去另外的公司工作，另外的公司可以再帮他申请L1签证吗？

-Yes. But if he do the L1 transfer after his old company is broke, he may need to go back to China to get the L1 visa to come back. If he files the L1 transfer before he leaves the old company, he does not need to go to China to get the L1 visa.

还是必须离开美国，回国去办理签证呢？

 

还有他的L1A身份失效后，他可以去申请学生签证吗？
