在现在的公司呆腻了，想跳槽，485 pending，PD是07年1月，EB3。

有几个问题请教：

1）到新公司是不是只能用EAD工作了？
-You also can choose to do H1 transfer if your current status is H1.

2）跳到新的公司，职位是相同领域，但升了一级，可以不可以？

-Fine as long as your new job is in the same/similar area as the old job.

3）如果新的公司重新给办EB2的话，那之前的485是不是就作废了？

-No. You can use the Eb3 priority date (PD) as the EB2 PD and do I-485 transfer or file a new I-485 when the PD is current.

4）是不是需要向移民局报告跳槽的事？
-Not need, but up to you.
