听说有美国移民公司能办理一直呆在美国的文件，就是我有绿卡，人回国了，他能让你显示还呆在美国了，是吗？在哪能办啊、这样会有什么问题吗？本人绿卡回国，会较长期限无法回美，谢谢指点!

另外听说在美国出身的小孩如果初二之前没回美国念书的话，将来考美国大学不按本土学生待遇 ，要考托福的？不知道那位又见到这方面的法律文件什么的，请也一并指点，
