2007 年7月递交485；PD 为2006年11月。第6年以后的H1 已在2009年底RENEW（有效期为2009年11月到2012年11月）。 今年8月用AP回国， 但新的I-94卡上说“PAROLED until 08/02/2009”。

-Not need. Just continue to work even if the Parolee I-94 expires. “PAROLED until 08/02/2009” should be "Paroled until 08/02/2012", right?

请问：如果我继续用H1工作，在08/02/2009以后，已批准的H1 是否还有效（到2012年11月）？我是否必须再此日期前要重新RENEW H1 或改申请EAD？

-You only need to renew the H1 or get the EAD before 2012年11月.
