请问8老师和P老师，我朋友拿的是L1-A签证，2年后到期，由于公司业绩不好准备停业。我想问一下，如果公司注销了，我朋友还可以拿目前的L1-A签证在这2年内继续留在美国吗？

-After the company close, his L1A status will exprire and thus, he is out of status, but he still can stay in US legally until the I-94 expires. However, he can not change or regain his staus within US.

如果他在公司注销后签证到期前离开美国算非法吗？

-No.

会影响他以后来美国吗？

-May affect his future visa application.
