第一点是:USCIS要求我雇主解释,为什么三年前为我申请H1B时对USCIS说是我将在加州的公司内部工作,而事实却是在纽约工作(我的报税单透露了这一点).

由于我的公司很小,内部无事可做,就外派我到外地的别的公司工作.

-Your employer should have filed an h1 amemdment when you worked in New York. Obviously you violated the h1 rule. You may ask the alwyer to see how to deal with this situation and I do not have a good idea.

by the way, you had better use premium processing to get the h1 approved and then, go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back to clear your record of h1 violation. Talk to your lawyer, anyway.

这确实问到点子上了,实话实说估计不行.
