哦，我也用了AP的，officer在I-94上写的是AOS，那8老师，我到底还有没有H1 visa？我担心的是万一485被拒，我还可以用H1b工作下去。

-Don't worry about that. If your I-485 is denied, you still can stay and work in US until your H1 expires and you also can file H1 extension or transfer to reinstate your h1 status before your h1 expires even if your I-485 is denied. You also can go outside US to get the h1 visa to come back to reinstate your H1 status any time.

Anyway, using AP does not affect your h1 benefits though your status is not H1.
