来美两年读硕，和印度老板闹翻了，最终只能quit，我的I20圣诞节前就过期，请问这种情况我现在立刻申请一个语言学校能保住F1的身份吗？

今天问了当地一个语言学校，现在过去当天就可以拿到新的I20，请问如果拿到新的语言学校的I20是不是我的F1身份就直接顺延至新I20的过期日，

还是我需要回国重新签证或者办理什么别的转校手续，整个过程时间久吗？如果今天我拿到新的I20那我的旧I20怎么处理？

-Get the I-120 from the new school and then, talk to your current school that you will tansfer your F1 to the new school and then, report/enroll to the new school. That is all.

还有如果明年我再申请别的州的学校的Phd能不能依靠语言学校的F1直接转过去，

-Yes. However, if there is a Ph.D. program accept you and you enroll in the new school within 5 months after you finish your current master's program/I-20 expires, you do not need to enroll in the Language school even if your current I-20 expires.

中间不需要再回过签证或者提出转身份申请了？

-Not need if you can enroll in a new program or new school (get a new I-20) within five months after your current I-20 expires.
