我的H1是10月底批的，到现在还没有去上班，现在换成H4的身份比较保险吧？

-I do not know when you plan to work. If you will work in one to two months, you may be OK because USCIS can not tell whether you are working or not.

看到有些贴子说申请H4的时候不但需要提交我老公（H1）的最近的PAYCHECK，还需要提交我自己（想申请H4)的最近的PAYCHECK吗？

-Both you and your spouse's packcheck stubs are needed.

我自己的是必须的吗？

-Yes. If you do not provide your paycheck stubs, you can not prove your H1 status is still valid, and thus your change of status may be denied. So, you may go out of US to to get the H4 visa to come back if you want to be H4 status.

填写I-539的时候有一项不太明白填写什么：

Part 4问题3g:Have you,or any other person included in this application,been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?

-Say "Yes" because your current status is H1 (you are employed).
