1. 我准备把I485和I140(EB1B)一起递,但来不及体检了. 为此会有什么后果?

-USCIS will send your RFE for the record of physical exam some time later.

2. My last entry to USA was from the border city of Canada with approved H1B from USCIS (without new visa).

-Are Canadian citizen or just short visiting Canada and returned within one month? Did you get the h1 I-94 when you entered US from Canada?

 

 How to fill out the following items of Part 3A:

Nonimmigrant visa number

Consulate where visa was issued

Date visa issued (mm/dd/yy)
