1.我是否可以在回国前申请某个学校的H1签证，然后在回国后跟进，比较快地以H1签证回美国来，将两年服务期分散到一个比较长的时段里，不会造成新婚就分居两年？

-You are not qualified for the h1 unless you get the J1 waiver.

2. 如果我必须一次性在国内工作两年，这两年假期内我是否可以来美国探亲？

-Yes. You can visit US in a short period of time (e.g. 1 months) during the two year home country service, but the time you stay/visit in US will not be counted as the two year service.

3. 请问申请到waiver的同志们，大家都赔偿了基金委要求的金额吗？

-I do not know.
