h1转H4是不是我自己在线交申请就行了，

-Correct. Just file I-539. provide a copy of your H1 approval notice with I-94 and your recent 3 paycheck stubs. Also provide the copies of your spouse H1 approval notice with his h1 I-94 and his cent 3 month paycheck stubs and your marriage certificate.

没必要通过老公（H1)所在的学校吧。要告诉或通过他们吗？
