刚收到新公司HR信要我提供reference和current vacation time, sick time.
不知道她说current vacation time, sick time 是问：

OR
(B)问我今年还剩下多少vacation和sick day呢?
恩，不知道新公司办h1b transfer的时候会知道我被现在公司laid off吗？
-The h1 transfer is not related to your previous compnay and you justneed to provide copies of the old approv h1 notice and the old h1 I-94 and the latest 3 month paycheck stubs. That is all. "vacation和sick day" is not needed for the H1 transfer.
如果会知道的话，我是不是得说上周五被laid off？不然办transfer过程中发现的话，怕会公司说我不诚实。
