H1B 如果被炒,雇主在法律上需要承担什么费用问题么?
-The h1 employee has to have the same benefits as the US employees such as severance package, health insurance continuation at employee's expenses, etc. The employer also has to pay for return flight expense for you and your family memebers/dependents to the home country (e.g. China) if you want to leave US after you are laid off. But if you find another job in US, you can not cash the airticket and has to return the airticket to the employer. So, most pepole just leave the company and find a new job or change their status and do not care about the return airticket.
