2。父母的出生证明要附上吗？（I-130　的填表说明只说要他们的结婚证）
-Not need. Only need their 结婚证 for the I-130 for your father, not need it for your mother. 父母的出生证明 is needed when they file the immigration visa application. They also need their non-criminal record certificates for the immigration visa application.

3。我是以我的名义为父母申请，我的结婚公证要附上吗？
-Not need.
4。将来填I-864表时，只要我填还是我先生也填一份？
-Up to you. if you personal income is not enough for supporting your parents GC application, and you need your whole family income, your spouse need to file I-864A with your I-864. Otherwise, your I-864 is enough.
