一直睡不着。想上来问问大家的意见，我该怎么做？

1.我的临时绿卡明年4月就到期了，我的身份是不是在离婚手续办理后就失效了？

-File the I-751 immediately after you divorce, and thus your 临时绿卡 status will be valid until you get the permanent GC.

2.我也不确定能否说服他帮我在转正申请上签字，

而且现在也不是谈这个的时候，那么现在我需要准备的是什么呢？我能够做些什么？

3.我知道婚姻终止后可以随时单方面提出申请，但是我不确定离婚要经历多长时间，我也不清楚是否应该等明天

还是要等到真的拿到了离婚证（如果这边有这个说法的话）后才能单方面申请？

-Not need based on recent immigration rule. You can filel I-751 Waiver as long as you decide to divorce (not need to divorce first)if your conditional green card will expire in 90 days.

因为我还有2个月就该申请正式绿卡了。
