听说父母的移民排期在境内等是比境外等要短的？

-US citizen's parents do not have 移民排期 (or say "移民排期 is alway current") for their GC application no matter they apply for the GC in US or outside US. 

现在的兄弟姐妹类的移民排期要等久呢？

-Same and about ten years.
