GC question-please help!

Aug. 14 I got a welcome notice letter from USCIS with a notice date of Aug. 10 and update information online. Today, I got "Post Decision Activity" e-mail sayiing:

On August 17, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Is this the same as welcome notice I've already received or a different letter? Am I going to get another e-mail when the card produced or mailed? How long should I wait since I am going to move out of my current address on Aug. 31.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
