今天等来的是 一封 additional review 的 信,

我们等了8年, 想不通,到了排期还不批,现在好象已没有NC (name Check) 的问题了,
请教, 这是不是, 不好的兆头,还是USCIS 一般拖延借口, 象我们这种情况先例近来多不多?该做何准备...先,谢谢, 在线等..
