I believe you got approved

The reason as below:

After 婚姻绿卡－面试之后, you will get the conditional green card.
Oath Ceremony is for Nurtulization, not for your case.

"we ordered production of your new card." means it was spproved.

I guess I-130's statement is not update yet...

Don't worry...

When I had 婚姻绿卡面试, the same time, the offcer told me I got approved.
In your case, if the officer didn't say they want review or check up the background, means you got approved.
Because you still need remove the condition after two years of conditional green card.
