请问卓越网付费:用Visa 卡（already verified by Visa), 开始说成功，后又跳出一窗口说不成功。

卓越网付费:用Visa 卡（already verified by Visa), 开始说成功，后又跳出一窗口说不成功。后用American Express卡，说成功了。可半小时过去了，我的帐户上，仍显示已付费额：￥0.00.

请问：1）卓越网是否仍无法用国外Visa卡成功付费（although the card was verified by Visa already)？
2）American Express 当场是付费成功，要在卓越网我的帐户上显示一付费是否要等一天？
