rmvb is not as good as h264

Not sure why it's such a popular encoding scheme in Asia. The ideal would be digitally recorded CCTV 720P, re-encoded to h264 with full frame-size at 25fps. That's what I did on the Olympics Opening ceremony. However, for a 5-hour program, the file size would be 5 to 8GB.

oh well, as long as it's better than Satallite TV recoding, I'm all for it.
