从view, click "source",
from "edit", click "find",
then type "embeded",
then copy everything between "<" >",
eg. your case: embed src="http://www.upload-mp3.com/files/123379_rt4s4/Track%204.mp3" autostart="0" type="audio/x-ms-wma" width="400" height="64"
or you can just copy the http address.
