一个正常的执法过程，被升级到种族问题。那个叫兽开始时拒绝出示证件，已经是妨碍执法。换别的人种根本没商量的余地。不过逮捕的理由太搞笑了，说什么扰乱公共场所秩序，典型地头脑不清楚。
