我一开始就奶瓶喂，免得以后我上班后换奶瓶又要闹 (and my daughter refused to latch on anyway)。一般妈妈两三天后出奶。我没有pump, 女儿又不肯吸，奶胀，痛得我腰也弯不起来，躺也不行，坐也不行。从来没这么痛过 (我生得时候打了epi, didn't hurt much). 立刻去买了pump。虽然吸出一点点，但总好了一点。Pumped very often at the beginning, and it relived some pain, and all the pain were gone by next day. I was able to pump more and more eventually. I have enough supply for my daughter since about 4th, 5th day. I also gave her one bottle of formula every night to prepare her for weening of breast milk later. I stored extra milk in freezer. I went back to work after three month, and she was on mix of formula and breast milk and no problem. She did not go through the weening off breast milk problem like other children. Also, since I gave her last bottle at night using formula, I was able to add rice cereal in it later to make it thicker. She was able to sleep through the night less than 3 months old.
