too many foremilk, which will produce many gas, and make explosive bowel movement. you should make sure he takes in more hindmilk.

if during your previous nursing session, you offered your left breast first then changed to right breast. the next session will start with the right breast (which will have more foremilk left from the previous session), after the baby drain all the milk from right breast, then change to left breast. and for the next session, start with the left breast.

and since your milk flow so fast, be careful that will choke your son and make him start the nursing strike. try to put him ontop of your breast (while you try to lean backward) when you feel the start of the letdown (where the milk start to flow out very fast), let the gravity help to slow down the flow.
