many libraries have books about arts and games at home, check them out.
what i am doing now is after i read a book to my daughter, i will sit down and draw with her something from the book we just read. you don't have to draw a perfect picture, just a simple outline will do. in fact you should draw as simple as you could, and then ask your child to copy that. or simply ask him to draw whatever is in his mind after reading that book, then discuss his drawing together.
for puzzles, my girl likes to have contest putting puzzles with her daddy, to see who completes the puzzles first (we have a lot at home). she insists to have such contest everyday, and that really improve her fine motor skill.
and sticker books work great for her. kids just love sticker, i bought her few books. she took some times to master the skill of peeling off the sticker from the books and putting them right on the place. maybe you should try this.
