let your lg learn how to change diaper, bath the baby, change cloths , do bulping, then you could rest more (so that you could recover faster and produce more milk).

take the breastfeeding class would be a good idea too.

but if you don't have the time, don't worry, the hospital will provide these classes to new mom and dad while you and the baby are still in the hospital.
