Just go ahead and complete all paperwork in the offer process. Then communicate with your future manager (if you don't have direct contact, thru HR people then). Let them know your situation (expecting), and your attitude (how you plan to handle the baby and new job to optimize everything), and how you like to try your best to have things work out (win-win situation).
