Another question:
I only worked for my current employer for 5 weeks. will there be a problem for my H1B transfer?

That is why I insist that the new company does a premium processing for my h1b transfer, so that I only change to that company after I see the approval notice.
but the new company's immigration attorney keeps telling the company that the premium processing is not necessary for my case. My new company HR guy trusts this attorney very much and is not willing to do a premium processing for my case, which is very frustrating.

How do you think, Master Pjiang?
