主要是担心stupid移民局要是万一去老地方核查的话，
-Very few H1 cases are 核查 and this is randomly selected. So, you do not need to worry such a small chance of events such as IRS 核查 your tax return.

当然也担心重新file一个h1b amendment会让移民局说我又错了。因为我的EB1的批准的140,pending 485,EB2的批准的140都是用的新地址。怕移民局说我都用新地址申请了这些然后才申请h1b amendment。所以我想赶快用AP入境一次，换成新地址的AOS状态算了。
-Your lawyer is a professional and you should believe him/her. From your description, I do not think you need to do anything on your h1 by this time. Especially, you have the EAD in hand, and if your h1 has problem, you still legally work with EAD.

You can file an H1 extesion petition later or just use EAD to work after the h1 expires.
