回复：H1B amendment 请教几位老师

2007年申请了3年的h1b, 2008年公司搬家到一个15 mile远的town，同一个州，prevailing wage是一样的。

以前没有做h1b amendment,因为一个律师再三说用不着。
-I think your lawyer is right. Because the new location is only 15 miles away, that certainly sounds like it is within the area of intended employment (normal commuting distance of site listed in LCA) and thus, a new LCA and amended filing were NOT required as long as the LCA or Notice of LCA posting from your current H-1B filing was posted at the new worksite on or before you begin work at the new location.
